I am not sure if Scott Turner is just a mediocre OC or if he is play calling as if he believes there is no hope to begin with.  Why does it seem like every time this team plays an opponent with a young QB, their coordinator has a much better scheme designed for them.

Kyle Allen has looked exactly the same as Dwayne Haskins so far today.

 

In other words, I hope Steven Montez is developing.
