The fact that the game is this close is pretty amazing. Still think we should’ve gone to Howell.

 and that is one of the downsides with Heinicke at QB.  Margin for error is so low.  He has to play to the ceiling of his abilities in order to win close games.  17 points is about what the offense scores with him at QB and now the Vikings have tied it up after getting the short field.

Oh, his receiving ability was included in my edge statement. He’s a great player. I just don’t think he’s a great RUNNING back. I mean, I view him similar to Gibson. Just faster and more agile/better change of direction. Gibson is bigger and less quick but similar skill set with a bit more umph.
