His ability to keep his eyes downfield in the pocket is elite and his ability to extend plays gives Scott Turner's offense a totally different dimension.  Tom to Taylor after the game, "You're talented, good luck to ya". Â He throws a very catchable ball, is super poised in the pocket, and has got wheels. Â We desperately need weapons. Â Another RB is a MUST. Â Gibson was doing his best, but he was 60% out there at best. Â Ditto Terry. Â Cam Sims has unreliable hands. Â Â LB is a MAJOR need.
