He's got to go.  You can have a rah rah guy like Rivera IF the lieutenants are top notch at scheming and playcalling.  Obviously Del Rio is awful and I only need like 2 more quarters to make the same declaration against Turner.

What is Scott Turner doing.  You have a back up QB in there, 3rd start ever, on 3rd & 4 where are the short routes in the flat that let him get rid of the ball quick.  What the hell is this.
