You could see it on the replay and with TH wiping his hand on his pants after the play. So you are right -- it was not a good throw and was on TH. It's 3rd down penalties. It seems that we often stop our opponent and give a fresh set of downs due to ticky-tack crap penalties. Two of their scoring drives (a TD and a FG) were extended by the men in striped shirts. What should have been a punt became points, 10 of them. IIRC Humphs it was a 5 yard pass on the far right sideline. The very next play is when McKissic had an easy first down on a run left and he fell, untouched, short of the first. Before anyone touched him he crossed the first down marker, but the refs moved the ball short. I may be misremembering of course.
