This kinda thing should be handled by highest levels of the justice department, with additional congressional oversight -- not by local law enforcement.  Put Mueller on this now that he's done with Trump.  When you are throwing around names like Bill Clinton, you cant have some Joe Schmoe handling the investigation. 

 

We should try to keep in mind, that a very thorough investigation that produces absolutely airtight evidence, is the minimal standard when dealing with the rich and famous.  Bill Clinton aint going to jail cuz he took a flight with Epstein or cause he had some business ties with him.  Nor should he.  But it should be investigated as part of a major, broad, well funded investigation that is shielded from partisanship and from corrupt influences.  I cant think of too many people not named Mueller who are capable of that type of investigation.

To be fair, he seems to lie about everything like a reflex action.  I bet if you surprised him and shouted “Are you Donald Trump?” he’d deny it.

Sounds like it's enough.  All that evidence, they have to be able to nail him.  

 

I wouldn't know of Jeffrey Epstein outside of this but I'm more interested in the fallout of who his associates/partakers/enablers are.  Interested to see where Bill Clinton ends up in all of this as well as Trump.  Both have proven to be teflon, I am assuming not much happens to them but you never know.  Dershowitz, too.

It's unfortunate that just because names are in a little black book people will automatically bring whatever preconceived prejudices they have to the table.  Just because someone's listed here doesn't mean they're a pedophile.  Just because someone's listed here doesn't mean they knew what he was up to.  Just because someone's listed here doesn't mean they didn't distance themself from Epstein when they found out what he was all about.  This doesn't mean Blaine, Collins, Wiesel, Fiennes and Cleese are creeps.  But I'm sure some Cleese hater out there is thrilled about his inclusion in this book.

 

As I said before, I'm interested in the fallout.  No doubt that other people are going to have the light shined on them here and it's not gonna be pretty.  It's going to be interesting to see who was at these parties, who participated, etc.

Put these two things together.  What happens if Bill Clinton, or some other big name is implicated of things that are not sex with minors?  I'm sure Epstein, being an man of extreme resources and a willingness to do the most awful things with those resources did A LOT of things that don't rise to the level of, well, sex trafficking of minors (which is basically every human activity except for murder).  What if Epstein and his buddies had consensual orgies with pornstars?  Is anyone going to look at Bill Clinton or David Blaine or Dustin Hoffman differently, especially in light of our current President's daily lowering of every bar?

I think it's an interesting and valid point.  I assume (hope?) that most of the people associated with him aren't kidnapped child molesters.  Most of them, I assume, are simply people who thought of him as a guy who throws cool parties.  (Or he's a campaign donor.)   

 

But it's also believable that lots of people wind up with lots of "lesser" dirt on them
