Some of you are very strange. Howell had an excellent drive. Got the ball out, made some plays by extending the play and showed great awareness.

Yes, he should have thrown that sack ball away. 100%. No doubt.

But let’s relax :ols:

Unfortunately, we need to score everytime. Here comes our defense.

That sack was on Sam, he had ok protection, he can't just stand there, he's got to do something.

Also, love the completion to get into closer FG range.  That was a good, positive play.

So far, run game, 3 carries, 3 yards.  We CANNOT run the ball early.  For whatever reason. This is now a 6 game trend.

I really don’t like the run game design.

@Koolblue13

I hate this run game, man...the passing game is the truth when its quick, otherwise I'm being deceived as being potentially great simply because it's finally something modern.

I can only approve this if it works, it's weird being a lass happy team with a 23 year old QB, but ill let it go if it works.

I got kicked off, I'd give his start a solid B.  The only reason it's not an A is because he just sat back there having high-tea on the sack.

But he's fine. That's one bad play.

That sack was a drive-killer. Howell should have a clock in his head. If that ball isn't out of his hands in 4 seconds he needs to be running instead of hanging in that pocket.

This is a major component of his game the must change.  It'll kill his career.  I'll say this: the longer this problem persists, the more rooted in Sam - and more difficult it will be to overcome.

He better not have this issue going into the second half of the season.
