Stupid to go for it there.  As Madden always said: "The hardest points to score are always the first".  

 

You NEED to get points there, especially after taking a moderate loss the play before.  Didn't have to be 7.  Get points and get positive returns for that drive.

 

Now you just gave Buffalo a ton of momentum.

Didn’t like going for it. Get 3. Make it a one score game. 
 

I’m sure part of the reason was Buffalo now has to move the ball 99 yards to score and I do understand that. So I’m not totally against going for it there. But the ol uncle Mo had left us when BRob got stuffed.

I like the aggressiveness. Youre playing Buffalo, you need TDs. Didnt work out in our favor this time.

I dont like the 4th down play being contingent on Robinson picking up that blitz.  Didn't even allow for Howell to improvise.

Gotta change your mind about going for it on 4th when you lose that yard or so on 3rd. I get the idea you’re going to run it twice from the 1 but it was clear Rivera hadn’t considered the lost yardage situation.

If you’re going to pass one down, I prefer it to be 3rd down and then run on 4th.  
 

I think he should have tried 2 runs.  If the OL and RB can’t get you 2 yards in 2 plays, eh, that’s not good.
