We completely made the Vikings abandon the run game. They normally run through Dalvin Cook.

DL has been penetrating like crazy. If Young is somehow miraculously back to his old self without too much build-up (I hope they ramp up his snaps over his first few games to be safe) then it’ll be fun to watch.

I’m not a huge Dalvin Cook guy. Don’t get me wrong, I think he’s talented, but he’s kind of a one trick pony. Needs to get on the edge to be truly effective and that takes time. If you get pressure on the interior he is going to struggle getting out there.

 

I remember a few years back SF played Dalvin Cook and the Vikings in the playoffs and Dre Greenlaw shadowed him and legitimately made him his ****.

His rookie year self, to be clear. Because his last year old self wasn’t very good.
