Some collection of specimen perhaps. A wave of the magic wand (inside his throat), if you will. Seriously, if he's too stupid or crazy to get tested for the virus after being directly exposed to someone who tests positive, it's time to invoke the 25th amendment. Taxpayers don't pay for your healthcare because we like you. Get tested. In addition to the questionnaire I had to answer about my travel and any recent illness, they took my temperature before I was allowed in.
