That’s not going to happen. The league is designed for parity but teams who get a franchise QB can stay good for a long time and teams who have Dan Snyder heading up their organization stay bad forever.

Or anybody with the name Synder

Do you not think that getting Philly’s offense off the field a tiny bit faster also tires out Philly’s defense?  ANd the offense scored enough to win the past 2 games.  Del-Rio deserves every ounce of vitriol he received, and more.

Dude rewatch the Lions game. The game of football is four quarters not two..... meaning the second half.

It’s so funny how people think the D is so fragile that it shouldn’t be blamed bc well they didn’t allow a TD on a few first quarter drives before it all fell apart, they did their job!!1!

We’ve gotten so used to horrifically bad defense on this team that a mere few drives of not allowing a TD seems like an anomaly lol, as if the vast majority of defenses don’t have stretches like that every single week. It doesn’t excuse bad play the rest of the game no matter how bad the offense is also playing (and it is BAD today, yes). An actual GOOD defense can sustain pretty good play for entire halves—hell entire games!—even if they’re paired with an offense going through a rough spell. The number of people here who rush to make excuses for the defense after they get a few early game stops just because the offense didn’t do anything is just astounding to me. The mark of a defense playing well is, well….playing well. Not instantly folding because the offense does nothing.
