I’m highly disappointed in the defense.  Started without energy, and the rest of the game was wishy washy.  Wondering why Herbert had all day back there.

Yeah, there’s something to that.  But they couldn’t get them off the field when they needed to.  It kindof felt like they could pick their number and hit it.  If they needed 35, I think they could have gotten there.

the offense was unimaginative even though Heinicke made me look like a dumb mother****er

 

but this loss goes to Rivera for the cowardly choice not to put the game in Heinicke’s hands on 4th down and punting when it was obvious that Herbert wouldn’t let us get the ball back.
