Malapropismic Depository
IIRC, the offense did well with him lining up at receiver. I can't decide if I want him at RB or WR. How about both ? Would help in confusing the defenses
Koolblue13
I've been saying it. You can just see from him every time the ball is in his hands. He is special. Extremely special and he's just getting started in his career. Looks a bit more comfortable every game. Doesn't take bad yards, falls forward, makes the first guy miss pretty much every play. You don't see guys that size stop and cut that fast, while losing no speed. Might be my favorite player to watch right now.
RandyHolt
Stolen from Twitter Antonio Gibson is tied with Josh Jacobs for 1st in the NFL in broken tackles on half the carries. Among qualified RB, he ranks: 3rd in PFF rushing grade, 11th in receiving grade, 8th in elusiveness grade. Upcoming schedule: NYG,DAL,NYG,DET,CIN,DAL. He's gonna ball tf out. 6
COWBOY-KILLA-
I just pulled a mega deal in fantasy and brought him over to the squad. He shows tremendous promise. We need to feed him.

Not bad for a guy who's first time ever playing RB full-time, was his rookie year in the NFL.

Est.1974
I’ve been underwhelmed with Gibson so far, but I think I need to take more notice. Seems like I’ve been over critical. Looking forward to his output in the coming weeks with a new QB in charge.

Craig is a good comparison for him.
RandyHolt
He seems to run a bit more compact to me... he's no Robert Newhouse or Rick Bandanjek of course... struggling to find my comp. Not sure if true but remember Craig was a high stepper. Courtesy Roger Craig Clip Edited October 10, 2020 by RandyHolt

method man
Great find my Kyle. I’ll admit in draft fay I was pissed off we didn’t use the pick on Josh Jones, Trautman or Baun
COWBOY-KILLA-
His usage over the last two weeks is WEAK! Give the kid the damn ball. WTH happened to the running game in this offense? Your second best weapon on offense needs touches given how weak our offense is. This season is getting really frustrating really fast.

HigSkin
AG was a 3rd round steal and is going to be special when he puts it all together.
COWBOY-KILLA-
If you give the kid touches he is going to produce. That much is very clear. Still think he’s totally underutilized. He should have 17-20 rushes and at least 3-5 targets each game imo. Edited October 29, 2020 by COWBOY-KILLA-

We could slip into the playoffs this season and then I would feed him. Or, we could be working with something next season. I guess Im saying I wouldnt run him too heavy until it possibly means something for the team. But its football so you really cant protect him forever.
Fresh8686
With the amount of yardage he gets after contact, he really should be the one in the majority of our goal line situations. I get that right now the coaching staff thinks Barber has better vision for those situations, but he doesn't do much to really push the pile like AG can.
COWBOY-KILLA-
Bottom line he’s our 2nd best offensive weapon. Put him in the action, imo.

We have hardly used Gibson in the pass game, and I think that's because River wants him focused on developing as a runner. He's not really pushing his pass catching, because he want's to get him to certain point as a runner before he expands that part of the playbook. Just like a pitcher in the preseason who want's to get better at throwing a slider... you know he's got heat, you want him to keep getting those reps and developing his secondary pitches.
COWBOY-KILLA-
@Llevron @OVCChairman For sure guys, I totally get it the reasoning for the slower development and “no rush” mentality of easing him in. He’s a huge threat with the ball in his and I think the more you play him the better the offense will run. I also think it will give The D less clues to what we are gonna do as opposed to having Barber or McKissic In there. I’m sure as we go, he’ll get more and more. At least I hope🤞🏽 Edited October 29, 2020 by COWBOY-KILLA-
Warhead36
He should get about 15 carries a game along with at least 5 passes thrown his way.
Rskins91
Gibson should be featured but it isn’t bad to spell him and have him watch/learn at times too. As long as its McKissic at RB and not Barber...
