I assume Republicans will be condemning and censoring Trump now.

i assume republicans, like their metaphorical relative the ****roach, will survive all this by continuing to scurry away from the light and gather in their dark garbage-friendly safe spaces <_<

and no, i don't mean church...lots of decent people go to church too :P

Maybe, but I'm not buying it. Not when a crowd of people are told to get rid of her. They knew 1 year before she's fired she was a problem for their scheme. They're telling lies to White House Occupant that she's bad-mouthing him. So he says get rid of her & then they keep her around for a year. It just doesn't make sense to me.

According to Yovanovitch the pressure was on from summer of 2018.

She told lawmakers that she was forced to leave Kiev on “the next plane” this spring and subsequently removed from her post, with the State Department’s No. 2 official telling her that, although she had done nothing wrong, the president had lost confidence in her and the agency had been under significant pressure to remove her since the summer of 2018.

It's always amazing how people who go to bat for Trump get totally blasted by Trump himself, directly or indirectly.

On Friday they were alllllll salty about the "heads on pikes" comment that Trump or a WH official reportedly said.

Then we learn Trump says "take her out" about a US Ambassador and today said Schiff should "pay a price" for running a lawful impeachment process.

It's not only believable that the President or someone close to him would tell Senate Republicans their heads would be (metaphorically, probably) on pikes if they voted against Trump, it'd actually be surprising if the President DIDN'T say something similar to that.

all the smoking guns

wont matter because Murica thinks this is a partisan issue instead of one about simply right vs. wrong

lesson that will be learned and repeated: stand strong on your side, and facts will not matter

this country is rotting slowly from within and good chunk of the society is too dumb to notice/care

Pretty sure that "head on a pike" is above Trump's grade level.

Release them.  Transcribed by somebody who hasn't told a lie in the previous 3 days.
