Sweat is a baller.

His positioning and pressures are underrated.  I wouldn't write him off.

The returns we're getting from him are not commensurate with a 1st round draft pick.  He's not demonstrably better or more effective than his backups.  He doesn't influence games nearly enough to keep him vs. a good, solid draft pick, IMO.  We need picks.  I say deal him.

I agree.

But they need to let him throw a little bit.  Or else they are no better off than with Heinicke.

Will see. As you know I am not much of a Heinicke guy. But I’ll give him that he brings some energy and oomph to the huddle and Wentz brings zero on that front

A shame because Fuller had played really well up to that point. That was Cooper's first catch. You can't give up a cushion like that on 3rd and 5 and then miss the tackle. That's just atrocious.

Oh well. Can't expect to win scoring only 7 points. Offense needs to score every drive from here on out. Used up all your mulligans.

They’re going to have to throw the ball to win this game.  If they don’t trust Wentz to throw the ball, they have to try TH.  If they don’t trust him, they’re totally screwed.

in other words, they’re totally screwed
