Both D-lines are dominating the game so far, the only difference is 1 blown coverage that has led to 3 Detroit points.

Defense is holding right now, at least the front 7. Turner needs to get his head out his ass and take a shot or get inventive. it's too damn early to get squirrely and back off the brakes

This is not the Scott Turner of last week.  I told my son the moment after the IG,  that if we’re being boring, we’ll run it up the middle for 4 or 5, screen on third to get several short of the sticks.  And that’s exactly what he did.

Just have to be smarter, dont blow coverages and take the ball out of the endzone when you are back there for your hands not your speed.

I have to go back and watch but where the hell was the linebacker in coverage there? Did he blitz? He should have been there. Our personnel ain’t great.

The same DBs that somehow struggle here didn't have any problems in previous stops otherwise they wouldnt be NFL players.  We wouldn't bring them in if they couldn't figure out assignments. And defense is supposed to be easy at least compared to offense.

Lions have an extremely blitz heavy defense. You have to scheme to take advantage of it. If they send 7 guys then you gotta be able to beat it.
