In theory, one form of time travel would've allowed it, but being brought back to where you started to close the loop would've been like you never left in the first place. Tenet talks about reversing entropy, catching bullets that have already been fired type stuff. I'm not convinced that's how we do it not we do it so blatantly that the very idea of time doesn't matter anymore. In Welcome To The Universe, they describe a couple mathematical models for theoretically plausible time machines. One of which involved a rotating blackhole.
