I know everything is about choosing one side or the other these days but it doesn't have to be. I don't like what he did, but it might be a difference in being around 15 people or less in a Hotel Party compared to being in a strip club!!!! I was under the impression you can pass the virus (ie you are contagious) if it is in incubation and you test negative. Maybe my interpretation is incorrect.
