The other thing we should keep in mind about metrics/analytics is that when queried by Keim about his view of Jaydens PTS ratio Quinn responded, " For me analytics are on tap, but not on top". Wow! I would NEVER have guessed that. I always thought Raiders or Minnesota were his preference. I haven't heard that podcast yet, great info to have. (Do you have a link for it, if so would you post it? TIA) If that report is accurate, then it makes his agent's unprofessional behavior Wednesday night all the more aggregious. He is an absolute liability to Jayden's career. You praise publicly, and you argue privately. We should never have found out that they had an issue with the group interview format. I would have fired him on the spot, if he represented my interests, and did that without consulting with me first. Then again, if Jayden approved it, or worse, asked him to do it, he's not the guy I want leading my team.

Have you spent time with both Maye and Daniels? Yes, of course I have! How on earth could I ever give a strong confident opinion on their leadership ability, if I hadn't been right there with them to observe them at practice, in class at school, in the huddle during games, at parties, in the weight room working out with their teammates (well, that was more Maye than Daniels, but you get my point) and even in their calm moments-- when they went on long walks in the woods, contemplating the meaning of existence and what their true purpose in this life might be? If so please enlighten me on the leadership skills that stuck out and the drawbacks of both cause I’d be fascinated to know! Hmmm, I think a simple metaphor might do it best: Some gather in groups and throw golf balls at the weak and defenseless, knowing they won't do anything about it-- we'll call them the wolves. A few unfortunate fellows get pelted by golf balls and can do nothing about it-- we'll call them the toothless ones. And then there are the many, those who idly stand on the sidelines and watch the spectacle taking place in front of them without doing anything about it-- we'll call them the flock. And every now and again there comes into the world a rare breed, a man--- a true man-- tall, strong, virtuous, fearless in battle and merciful in victory, a man of uncommon will and courage, a true hero, a leader who will defang the wolves, protect the toothless, and lead the flock-- we call this man, Big Drake Maye (or Mr Drake, as he humbly prefers). Question for you draft gurus. On a scale of 1 to 10, with one being terrible and 10 being fantastic on an epic scale, how would you rank the likely available OT prospects on day two, that is only in rounds 2 and 3?

NFL Live just reported that Daniels wore the wrong gear for golf, he had never played golf before yesterday, and the other players made fun of him and his outfit and pelted him with golf balls until Big Drake Maye stepped in and laid down the law. Drake in a commanding voice reportedly said, "You bullies leave the poor little fella' alone! If not, you can deal with me direct! (as he said this his eyes gleamed menacingly and he bared his fangs and punched his right hand into his left palm which made a loud punishing sound.) Then the other players lowered their eyes in shame and one fearfully said as his teeth chattered, "We're sorry Mr Drake. Nobody wants to cross you. You're a natural born leader. Everybody sees that. We'll leave this guy alone, if that's how you want it Mr Drake." Then Jayden timidly said in sqeeky high pitched voice, "Thank you, Mr Drake." Drake replied in a heroic booming baritone, "No problem young son. You just let Mr Drake know if they bother you again". Then Jayden smiled and skipped happily away to his hotel room and immediately called his agent to complain. And that's why his agent was so mad last night that he passive-aggressively liked a tweet denigrating the Commanders group interview process. Here's a picture of Jayden in his brand new "golfing" attire trying to dodge golf balls just before Mr Drake mercifully put a stop to it...... Jayden: " Ouch! Y'all need to stop playing! OUCH!!! Dang that last one hurt!! Ouch! OWWWEEE!! At least keep 'em ABOVE the belt! Ooooooof!" This also explains why he brought such a big suitcase.

I should have been more precise in my language. I was only comparing Maye to Daniels, as I believe those are the two top competitors fir us at two. Agree completely with you that overall JJ is the likely personality champion abd even said so the day we first found out they were going to have a group intervuew.

I think even Jayden's most ardent followers would admit that Maye has the edge on leadership.

I posted last night that tge smart move for anyone who thinks Maye is gonna be our guy, was to make a bet immediately before the odds get adjusted. I'm not saying Maye is definitely the choice m, just that with this news I knew the public would react to it forcing the casinos to respond by changing the odds.
