these dudes are so deep in the crime that someone following procedure is a foreign concept to them

Pretty sure a heads up before filing the whistleblower complaint is not procedure...but whatever.

Mike Pence has gots to be most "unaware" soul walking the planet

Honestly if you asked me to describe Pence's face, aside from me saying it was the most generic upper middle age white person face you could possibly create (seriously, he looks like the older version of a protagonist out of a Call of Duty game), unaware of what the hell is happening would probably be next on the list.

You look at that face and tell me that's a man aware of his surroundings.

@TK can I quote a "presidential" tweet that contains a curse word? 🤨

Sssh. I already did. You’re gonna get both of us in trouble

He’s the “generic face 1” when you’re creating a white player in 2K. Just the essentials of an empty emotionless face:  a nose, mouth, 2 eyes, and nothing else

The bootlickers are really grasping for anything. At some point they will realize that no amount of procedural gotchas, which they can’t even find, will draw attention away from the corruption and abuse of power.

But anyways, lots of goombahs are going to become overnight experts on “procedure”, even after flailing terribly on the form disclosure nonsense.

TWA, more info on procedures:

https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2019/10/02/assessing-trumps-unsupported-new-defense-against-ukraine-whistleblower/

The only sticking point I see is whether telling the staffer is different from telling the member. However, getting access to the member without going through staff seems a little difficult to manage. At least no attempt I have made to talk with a member of Congress ever went anyway but through staff.

How does Rudy have any clients?

(Does he, other than Trump, and the Trump donors who are aying him to work for Trump?)

Seriously, he's handing over notes on conspiracy theories, literally in Trump Hotel stationary?  That's his legal defense of his client?

Schiff said “we haven’t spoken with the whistleblower” before said whistleblower filed a complaint:

When in fact, his people did:

So can we all agree that Schiff is a liar.

The whistleblower came to his aides and they told him to file a complaint with the IG.

He could have easily turned this into a partisan witch-hunt from the get go, but instead sent the person to a Trump appointed inspector general.

The first coup attempt in history that involves following government protocol.

Do you think the President using military aid as leverage in getting a foreign leader to investigate a political rival is ok? So can we all agree that's an abuse of power?
