it makes no difference who's name is on any problems they are causing, economic or not.  The people who are backing him so zealously are the ones his policies stand to hurt the most.. and they still back it because they are told that every single indicator telling them otherwise is a lie.

They're gone.

All the Repubs have to say is "they did it",....    ****, their NAMES could be etched on it by acid, and they'd still say it, and their base will still back it no matter what. Is there any doubt?

Is there ANYTHING that you believe will ever get that final 35% or so to change it's mind?

the bottom line for them to me is THEy will go vote. Every one of them. I can't say that with such conviction for any other group. But THEy will, and they swallow it all. Hook line and sinker.

You are equating people protesting, counter protesting and causing fights (which I have NO issue condemning) with a long list of right wing or racially motivated terrorist attacks resulting in deaths or attempted deaths. Now I fully agree the left is not immune from having radical idiots among it - but it's been far less of a problem than the radical right.

 

These right wing radicals were always there. Trump did not create them. But he has created an environment where they feel emboldened to craw from out under their stones.

I think Rubio is fairly spineless, but I wonder if Christie ever feels bad about having driven Marco into the wall at that one debate and thus blunting any chance he may have had to gain momentum.
