Corcaigh
It's stunning that so many incompetent people can work in the same organization. Well they have to hire someone. I know someone very well connected in pro sports organizations. She placed a local college kid studying sports management at whatever organizations in the DC area or beyond that he wanted for summer internships. But in good conscience she wouldn't place him at the Redskins. Seriously.

hail2skins
From Wyllie's conversation with Deadspin today, sounds like Jessica originally lied before fessing up. Chris Russell was on Dukes' show this afternoon and made it sound like the real buffoon in the front office is Bruce Allen. And also said that the Redskins brass did court Bill Cowher when they were looking to replace Shanny.

Chris Russell was on Dukes' show this afternoon and made it sound like the real buffoon in the front office is Bruce Allen. And also said that the Redskins brass did court Bill Cowher when they were looking to replace Shanny. Last year's end of season presser removed all doubt that Allen is a buffoon. But "the REAL" buffoon? Plenty of buffoonery to go around. That said, Russell is unbelievably annoying to listen to.
Momma There Goes That Man
They're all real buffoons be serious Chris. Any single one of them could go to another franchise and be top buffoon. This is the only type of talent we've been able to consistently amass the last 15+ years

Bacon
We need to nab the Steelers' PR guy. He's a genius. That franchise has somehow managed to retain its image as hard-working and upstanding despite having the horniest sack of crap in the league at QB. RandyHolt
I wonder how long it will take to update the official depth chart. I took a look and still see Willie Smith as Trents backup. I am sure Tony has been busy lately, working on more pressing PR issues.

An actor of his caliber is special. Anyone who has ever watched his brilliant work in the latest Cropp Metcalf commercial "Those Pesky Plumbing Problems" knows there are simply not enough awards to hand out. ~Bang

I personally would never use Cropp Metcalf specifically because if they are choosing Larry to do their ads, I don't trust their quality.

skinzplay
Wylie is bad, I think we can all agree on that. But he also has far too many fires to put out on a regular basis. Even the most competent of PR managers would find it hard to navigate the muddy waters at Ashburn. So it's not all on Wyle, but he certainly doesn't help things any. When they eventually start cleaning house, he will no doubt be among those to go.
Sacks 'n' Stuff
He probably wouldn't have nearly as many fires to put out if the local media didn't genuinely hate him and Dan. Getting the media to not hate him and Dan is his job. His plan (or else he's just executing Dan's plan without telling him it's a bad idea) seems to be to try to win a war against the media. That's not going to happen.
