Yeah, but it might not be good for him.  He clearly can’t see the field at all.  He’s holding the ball, evading at the wrong time, making bad decisions.

Sometime tapping out and living to play another day is what you need.

Reasonable perspective - but I’d let him finish.

No we aren't. This "records don't mean anything" or there is no such thing as a good or bad team, I really don't even know the point that you are trying to make, is dumb.

Good teams win more games than bad teams and you can usually tell which team is good.

Eagles and Dallas are bad match ups for us and Riddick is going to use it as a get right game.

Our OL isn't going to magically become good and EB has called the same game 3 weeks in a row.

We beat the Eagles last year with a horrendous OL and Hallock at QB.

Division games are wildly unpredictable and bizarre things happen.

I want y’all to remember Kirk Cousins had a game like this here and y’all were crying about how much y’all missed him for the last two years.

Folks still bring him up. All these years later. It’s sad.

Fun?

I’m pretty sure this is the absolute worst game Sam has ever played at any level of football in his life.

It’s everything but fun.

There’s losing and there’s being completely outclassed on your own field in front of 175 alumni.

Games like this can crush a young QB’s soul.

Whoever picked the bills for alumni game should be fired

there’s several reasons doing that requires you to be stupid.

outside of that - whatever. If he can’t handle a bad game he’s not the right guy anyways.

I think he’ll be fine.

Let me put it in another way: We are not winning the game. You take out the QB if you have a chance to win. This is now just a practice game for Howell with good players on the opposing team, aka Bills D. Practice makes you better.

Nah. Give him the snaps.

Don’t give him an easy out - he will want to finish this.

I'm sorry, that's really dumb.

You don't learn any more from taking more snaps here.  You allow yourself to get hurt.  This isn't tee ball.

Scoreless, under 200 yards, 4 turnovers, really?

yes—go back and look at Eli or even Peyton’s first years.

and make no mistake—some of this is, much of it I would suggest, is on this coaching staff, which is a bottom five staff. And I’m excluding EB because it’s early and he’s light years better than Turner who may have been the worst in the league, but there’s a lot to hate about the offensive game plan today: it made zero sense. And that 4th and goal play especially was just awful.
