The Day 1 cost for the franchise won't be 6+ billy outta pocket. It will be like a 30% down payment. The rest you probably finance over time. Similar deal with the new stadium. It wont be, get off 5 billion day one, it will be finance 5 billion over 10-15 years while the stadium helps to pay for itself. Certainly the uber rich have a clear advantage, but I don't think that means to more modest billionaires have no hope of financing their way thru a sale.
