My goodness he’s small next to Cam.

Everyone is. Caleb looked small too.  Cam is a BIG dude at 6'-5", 245lbs.  I didn't see how Drake looked standing next to Cam.

You guys trying to use euphemisms to bypass Jumbo’s no-horny-posting rules are unbelievable

I am now going to switch to food porn.  And yes.  It’s a think.

In my opinion Hartman sucks big time and it’s arguable whether he’s even a camp arm or not…but what the hell do I know, this is hard

Daniels answered the question wrong...Heisman being more important than ROY.

We want him saying ROY if we are drafting him...means he had a great rookie year

There hasn't been a single thing in the process that we have been exposed to... (that's the key, by the way... because we see a tiny fraction of it) that I have been impressed with.

Our last 2 number one picks combined weight has to be a record for minimum weight in the modern era.

Well, we aren’t picking Daniels but you’re right. If we did pick him, he would get rag-dolled like a small child by NFL players just like Forbes did.

I'm back ****es. Hanging with neighbors tonight We are shooting three crosses whiskey (a Shenandoah Valley original) and contemplating where the Redskins go from here. We all hope where they go is to another ****ing Super Bowl. Will check in every now and then tonight. But gonna enjoy spending time with friends and family and having good conversations. Cheers to all of my die hard friends here on the board.

I’m sure I sound like Colin Cowherd, but man - JD was just on NFLN, and he just doesn’t ooze leadership to me.  Not a bad guy, but just more flashy and me oriented than I prefer.

Am I a boomer?

Yes.

He'll be fine.

Just because he's not one of those "firm handshake leader of men" types doesn't mean he won't command respect.

Also, no matter who we draft, if you hate it, take solace from this --

In Peters I Trust!

Whoever it is I believe Peters has put the work in to justify the selection. Only thing you can't guarantee is success. You just have to keep trying with as much knowledge about the players as possible and a development plan in place and just cross your fingers and say a few prayers.

JD5 on NFL Network now, red carpet interview. I think this is more fashion-oriented/personal stuff w/ Cam Newton.

Edit: he actually seems more opened up now, most comfortable I've seen him in front of the camera yet.

Kinda weird he has Carolina blue on like Maye did.   Is he punking him after getting humbled at Top Golf?  🤣

He looks so skinny. *sigh*

This feels like Bryce Young again for different reasons. I know they have different builds/games/etc. I mean simply from the stand point that their size was an obvious red flag from the jump and turned into an immediate reality.

I hope I’m wrong. I enjoy being one of the bigger homers on this site. I was here when this organization broke @Cooleyfan. Nobody is safe. 😆

To be fair, Bryce Young is playing for the biggest dumpster fire in the NFL.

Yep. It will be just like with Forbes. He’ll be on the field for a series and it will be painfully obvious that he is a weak little child in a man’s game.

I’ve heard this before. You’re not the only one to suggest it. But I don’t like it.

You don’t draft a QB every year. You’re not in position and it’s really a bad way to support a QB.

That works if you hit on a late rounder. Otherwise I think that philosophy is highly flawed. You have to develop them.

Four years. Like college. And then go from there. Sometimes you may need to let them go ahead of time. Sometimes they may “transfer” elsewhere. But four years.

I don’t particularly like it either to be honest. It’s the closest I can get to optimism though.
