Having spoken with a small number of ES regulars and kicked it around a bit in the Random Thought Thread, it seems that there is some interest in getting together for happy hour.  As it stands, the most likely location would be somewhere in NoVa, possibly in the Falls Church area, but that is subject to feedback.  DC proper would also work.  Probably shooting for sometime in September so people can plan ahead.  

 

Please post your thoughts about such an endeavor, including if you would go, whether a Thursday or Friday or Saturday is better for you, suggest a venue (preferably with an outdoor space) and anything else that you think should be considered.

I’m interested in attending :)

since it’s a haul for me it would just depend on what day/time you picked and if I could make that work. But it’s such a thing that you couldn’t/shouldn’t schedule it around me - I’ll just see what you all pick and try to make it work

Revised to include Saturday.  It's my mistake as, instead of calling it "Happy Hour" I refer to drinking on a Saturday as "Saturday."

Saturday easiest but I feel like we could make any of those days work.
