Howell dirt balled the throw before the pick, and even if Samuel doesn't fall, that pick was a bad throws and read, would've been incomplete anyway

I don’t know how you all blame that on Sam. 
 

Curtis Samuel clearly fell like a toddler out of his break. Now it wouldn’t have been a first down, but is Howell supposed to get rid of the ball quickly or not? 
 

if he waited for a bigger play, guess what, our WR cannot get separation, and he’d get sacked.

Gipson has been making plays and carving out a little role for himself as a returner and offensive weapon all season. UDFA. Good thing this roster was too good to prioritize investing in many UDFA’s the past few years.*

It’s impossible to grade Sam today. There is so much going wrong all around him that he has no chance to operate. 
 

He may not be helping - his confidence must be shot at this point - but he’s not got a prayer back there.

I feel bad for Howell. He had maybe still has so much potential. Right now he's lost our there. He may need a change of scenery.

I can grade him. He is like 7-25 with 2 picks and 60 yards. I say a+
