I'd love to know if he perjured himself when he testified. Giuliani at least didn't do that in the Williamsport Federal District Court. When the judge asked him if he had proof, he said no.

Second, I don't think any of these people will off themselves, either through cowardice or because they think they'll get off (hubris).

Although the ones in the South might because of some weird honor thing. Powell will probably tie herself to a rock in some ocean and wait for the Kraken to come for her thus proving that the Kraken are released.

When you’ve been around as long as I have, you can predict these sorts of things pretty easily.

Eric Trump by self-immolation.

Don himself will be next, sometime around the holidays. He will distribute flyers to all the local elementary schools advertising that Santa will be parachuting in to the Trump Tower parking lot, then rent a Santa suit and jump to his death with the goal of emotionally scarring as many children as possible on his way out.

Perfect scenario only if he jumps early so no kids witness it and plows through the clubhouse roof of his ****ty NJ golf course, landing on a table in the middle of a “Trump for Prez” meeting.

Do we make guesses like Clue?

Meadows, in a dress, with a revolver.

Giuliani, with the scotch, in the study,

Trump, on the toilet, with the adderall.

Don Jr., with a shotgun, in a pile of cocaine.

Guilfoyle, in the kictchen, with a syringe full of botox.

Clark, drowned in the river, in a car

I came up with the general idea.  I need you all to come up with the details and what, if anything,  we're betting.

The best summary of Meadows (and others') day in court: https://www.lawfaremedia.org/article/mark-meadows-takes-the-stand

I actually think the state is correct and he is outside of his federal duties on these interactions.

Especially since election anything is outside of the president's Constitution duties.

That's not the question right now.  The question right now is if Meadows has enough of an argument that it should be decided in federal court.

Trump, Waiving Arraignment, Pleads Not Guilty in Georgia Case

Former President Donald J. Trump pleaded not guilty on Thursday and waived his arraignment in the Georgia criminal case charging him and 18 of his allies with interfering in the 2020 election.

His plea came as Gov. Brian Kemp of Georgia, a fellow Republican, dismissed demands from the former president and some of his supporters to start impeachment proceedings against Fani T. Willis, the prosecutor who brought the case.

Without Mr. Kemp’s help, it is all the more unlikely that Mr. Trump will be able to derail the prosecution.

“In Georgia, we will not be engaging in political theater that only inflames the emotions of the moment,” Mr. Kemp said in a news conference at the State Capitol, where he also discussed the response to Hurricane Idalia. “We will do what is right, we will uphold our oath as public servants, and it’s my belief that our state will be better of for it.”

It remains unclear where or when Mr. Trump will be put on trial in the case, one of four that he has been charged in this year.

Confused by this.  They argued this in Federal Court.  A Federal judge is deciding on removal and it hinges on if the judge decides as a matter of fact and law that Meadows actions   over Georgia elections was performing as "chief of staff of the President" or "part of the Trump campaign."

This will for sure be a appealed but it is a huge deal.

‘Trump isn’t funding any of us’: Co-defendants in Georgia case are struggling with mounting legal bills

Some of Donald Trump’s co-defendants in the sprawling election subversion case in Georgia are trying all sorts of ways to fund their mounting legal bills – yet the costs of the 2020 election fallout may quickly exceed their abilities to pay.

At least four have turned to crowdfunding online, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars to pay for defense lawyers. One now has a political action committee to help with legal fees. Another has an ally in Congress vowing to support his legal defense. While another ended up spending nearly a week in jail because he initially couldn’t afford to hire an attorney.

Trump has covered the legal bills of aides, advisers and employees during the House select committee’s probe into January 6, 2021, and federal investigations, including his two co-defendants in the classified documents case, Walt Nauta and Carlos De Oliveira, both of whom work for the former president.

But there is no sign yet that Trump intends to do so for any of his co-defendants in the Georgia case, which alleges that he and others engaged in a criminal conspiracy to subvert the state’s 2020 election results. In fact, Trump has publicly distanced himself from them, telling Newsmax he doesn’t know “a lot of these people.”

I really hope someone will finally have had enough of his crap and drag his ass back in to court.

Trump Posts Attack On Judge Chutkan After 3 AM Rage Bender At ‘Corrupt System of INJUSTICE’

Ex-President Donald Trump posted an attack on Federal District Judge Tanya Chutkan hours past midnight, and on the heels of a rant about the “corrupt system of INJUSTICE” that he now faces.

On Thursday, Trump entered a plea of “Not Guilty” in the election crimes case that’s set for trial in Fulton County, Georgia — and which will be televised live, a Judge ruled also on Thursday.

Hours and hours later, Trump was apparently still awake ranting on Truth Social about the cases against him. Amid a blizzard of re-posts featuring commentary by Fox News host Mark Levin, Trump weighed in at just after 3 a.m. to blast the trials and share his interview with Levin, writing:

Quote

I am being “railroaded” by a highly partisan and corrupt system of INJUSTICE, headed up by an opponent who is losing in the polls and, simultaneously with all of this, destroying our once Great Country! This Mark Levin interview is a MUST WATCH!

Minutes later, Trump added:

Quote

Keep Indicting your Political Opponent, it makes no difference for what, or why. Keep him off the “campaign trail” and in the courthouse instead. Don’t think of his Rights, the Constitution, or Liberty. Sit back and WATCH AMERICA CRUMBLE!

Several more minutes deeper into the night, Trump wrote:

Quote

But their is no system of justice. Our Court System is rigged against me!

Then, Trump re-posted a message from Levin that attacked Judge Chutkan as “Another judge from a Marxist family.”
