The problem is this cringeworthy approach to consent. They’re apparently ok with people just walking up to a total strangers and asking them things? That doesn’t feel safe and ignores boundaries! This club needs to add some body language experts to makes certain that people only start a conversation with those clearly signaling they are open to being approached. Anything less is violence. You'll get fired to awkwardly asking someone out?!?" 100% BS Nobody in their right mind wants to turn a momentary awkward situation into a major scene. If you walk up to a girl and start talking to her and she's not interested, she'll make that clear and you can move on.
