Because if you had a great, defense, great run game, and great play calling in the first place, you would most likely not be picking in the top 10. Peregrine Posted August 16, 2019 Share Posted August 16, 2019 Overall, this game seems to have shown we are about equal with the bengals. As of yet, Im not sure if thats good or not, though Im leading towards no with all of the penalties and mistakes. Ive found the 2nd and 3rd preseason scores when the starters leave is actually a very good predictor of how good a team is. This one was separated by one flukey play, though I suspect Payne is good enough to keep producing plays like that from time to time. Starting D was okay, starting offense was poor.
