No rubber bullet kisses or tear gas canisters to the eye socket. Just the regular bike and helmet types out there with batons, mace, and service with a smile. What the heat rays not effective in the winter? No unmarked vans kidnapping these boys off the streets? Methinks they're not getting the full Law and Order experience.
