But I'd be willing to bet that the reason it's taking so long is because the person the GOP picked to "monitor" the count is challenging every single mail-in ballot (probably armed with a list of whether every voter is registered R or D), trying to get the ballot thrown out, or failing that, simply to slow down the process.
