LOL, when I was in college (at a large Big Ten state school), some random drunk dudes in their 50s rolled up to our fraternity house one Saturday after a football game and asked us if there were any girls around that would expose themselves for the cheap school-colored beads they were wearing (a la Mardi Gras). You could literally buy the same beads for ~$1 at the gas station down the street. balki1867 Posted September 13, 2022 Share Posted September 13, 2022 I try not to hate on the "didn't go to college but passionate about a school," types because for many people that wasn't a financial option, but I do hold a special disregard for the "anyone over ~27 who still goes back to campus and thinks they're in college," crowd. I guess its a fine line though- I still like to go back to school for one football game a year, go on a run through campus and enjoy a burger and a beer at my favorite bar, so maybe I'm that loser in someone else's eyes.
