Conn Posted September 26, 2021 Share Posted September 26, 2021 The only thing that can save Rivera from himself here is if we luck into something like the 1st overall pick this year and there’s a stud QB prospect, AND he hires an innovative younger DC to fix this defense this offseason. And reevaluates Turner, since he’ll be bringing in a brand new QB to groom everything has to be looked at. It requires a really painful season this year though. But if he’s the “culture guy” then for that to be enough to keep him in the HC job he needs to be delegating to the right people. He’s not right now.
