It's white meat and it tastes like chicken, but more tender and a little more flavorful. It was at this upscale restaurant in DC, maybe 25 years ago. My dad had passed the bar, and celebrated there. It was good, but not like we had at our favorite Italian spot in Miami where I'd always get it as an appetizer, fried and perfected.
