It’s easy to move games to end of season; you just lose the bye before the super bowl. Of course some playoff would now get a bye but so be it. I think you need to take the week off for teams impacted by covid.

If they're discussing it, it's probably going to happen, IMO.  They're just trying to square away logistics and trying to get everyone to agree.  WFT will want to play with at least Kyle Allen starting at QB and the rest of the guys who are on the list...too many, quite frankly I can't remember them all.

So now we play Dallas on 4 days rest.

 

1) Hopefully we get a bunch of negative tests

2) if we get positives we’re in a lot of trouble for Philly AND Dallas

3) Hopefully numbers don’t go up.

4) All that said if we get guys back with negative tests this move gives us a fighting chance.

That's where my head went.

Since the division seems to be out of reach, I think I'd rather have it this way if we are gonna get a wild card spot.

Still, though, this whole situation sucks especially since we're at Dallas.

We needed this game to be postponed and I’d worry about Dallas when we cross that bridge. Teams play on 4 days rest every week so that shouldn’t be that big a deal.

Eagle fans were salivating over the chance to play us on Sunday with 21 players not available to play.  I listened to WIP radio and they were talking about placing bets

on this game.  Only one guy said it could be a trap game for the Eagles and he was worried that WFT might pull out a win.

Man, Christmas week will be FILLED with football now. 1 game tomorrow night, games on Sunday. 2 games Monday, our game Tuesday, a game on Thursday, two Christmas Day games, then a slate of games the 26th leading up to our SNF game.
