    How about the storyline of GMAP calling him out as a scrub and telling him to put in his work to realize his potential. Then fast forward to GMAP drafting him because he did what was asked of him and became the number 2 pick! Pretty cool IMHO. Almost meant to be.

    Agreed. I also find it annoying that some rationalize that we they would pick a QB based off of Kliff Kingsbury's offensive scheme. That too would be short term thinking.

    True. If you can get the player you want and get extra compensation it isn't really scheming it is just good business. At the end of the day we have the power to choose.

    Hoping we let New England know that Daniels is our first choice but would be willing to swap picks if they absolutely need him at the right price. If Peters does infact covet Drake the most, all the JD to Washington hype is playing in our favour for a little extra compensation. If not I am on board with whomever they select but there is definitely something about Maye I like the most.

    This is a fact. And the mysteriousness has finally returned after 35 years. With AP in the house, we do the playing and are not the ones getting played for a change.

    That has got to be photoshoped. Two different shades of skin and a bicep and tricep that look alien like and unattached to the forearm. Am I the only one that sees this as a bad photo doctoring?

    Totally agree. And as KB stated, coaching set him up for failure with the AJ match up. He was critically wounded mentally for the rest of the season from that bully beat down. On the bright side there was many times when Forbes was ooohh so close to pass breakups and he was in position or at least in the area to make a play with his length. I could see some hope for him but would have preferred Gonzalez as I am sure we all agree.
