Who’s on the WFT reserve/COVID-19 list (and when)--NOT a 'covid discussion' thread!

It kind of speaks to how dumb some of this team is considering the Cowboys, who were in close contact for hours with our players, aren’t in the same position.

There are no reported cases of any player catching covid during a game.

my guess is it’s all inside close contact

We better hope these guys all test negative. But keep in mind… they aren’t going to have practiced all week. So… even if we do we’re at a disadvantage. In a division game. Against a tough team.

21 guys.

21.

Plus injuries.

We’re going to be signing guys off the practice squad’s practice squad if our guys don’t test negative.

I'm thinking bullet point 3 is the best shot for our guys, if you're asymptomatic it seems like you might have a good chance of having that low viral load.

There are now three ways for a vaccinated player to return under the new protocols:

• Two PCR (polymerase chain reaction) tests that are either negative or produce a CT value of 35 or greater.

• One PCR test that is either negative or produces a CT value of 35 or greater, and a negative Mesa test result taken with 24 hours of the PCR test. (Mesa tests usually return results in less than an hour.)

• Two negative Mesa tests.

According to NFL chief medical officer Dr. Allen Sills, previous NFL test analysis has shown that players with CT values at the level of 35 or higher do not transmit COVID-19 and thus would not be contagious.

Obvious this would happen to us this season...but 21 players. Good lord.

What a disaster. Not sure it gets better over the next month either. Let’s just hope that nobody has any serious issues.   Covid being a serious illness can get lost in the shuffle.

Speedy recovery wishes to all the affected players across the league.

God speed those negative tests so most can play this weekend

So only the Raiders - Brown is worth "pushing aggressively"?

It's not like we had nearly an half team on the Covid reserve list...

Talk about game integrity... If Jon Toth test positive we might have the Cheeseman play Center all day long. Just like the eighties.

Hopefully we don't have any coaches on this list.

For now...

I realise that you're probably joking, but Cheeseman only weighs 237. He would get killed if he tried to play the regular center position.

It's kind of weird that center had been our most stable position. I don't think Roullier had missed a snap since he started and now we're down to our 5th string.

At this rate RR & JDL are going to have to suit up and play both ways.

And where the hell is Junior Gallette ? maybe call up James Thrash and that safety who was Troy Apke before Troy Apke (can't remember his name and he was actually not terrible like Apke)

Seriously though, there is no reason to think they win this game or even have an NFL caliber product on the field, but I am oddly confident that they do just that. Resilient, tough MF'ers  almost like a scab game without the animosity.
