It's so funny that you criticize me and then you do the exact same thing with your intellectual vomit. Interesting that you take my previous post that you referenced not only out of context but it's not even what I said or the question you asked me. All I simply stated was that I wasn't a trump supporter and even though I thought he was an a hole my personal wealth liked his policy. To answer your question here I would say that's a red flag for anyone that still supports Trump running for presidency again but what happened at the Capitol had nothing to do with my wallet liking him or not

This is kind of fun I'm being attacked from all angles. What's even better is I don't really like politicians in general, I didn't make a provocative statement and you guys are in love with me. All you had to say was, "Wow you know what there is some stupid socialist spending attached to that bill, but I think the overall bill has potential." I don't have to be a fly on the wall of the White House to not notice that Biden made a big mistake by allowing the progressives to dictate to him instead of staying true to his moderate core. I think it's fair to say at this point that he has some major problems with being a pushover. That's on him and his staff. What's ironic is that Manchin most likely saved his presidency. And yes I do believe that even though the BBB bill is championed as good for Americans, I don't think it's good for America. I know you guys can't wait for my bullet point essay

It always seems like a miracle when the two sides actually agree on something and politicians make progress. In this particular instance I would blame the progressive Democrats for being allowed to have so much influence over the bill. In the end I think Manchin saved Joe Biden's presidency by not allowing this to pass

The infrastructure bill has already been passed and signed by the president It's a socialist spending bill heavily influenced by Bernie Sanders and the progressive democrats that initiates a lot of spending for programs that don't make money but rather give out more handouts. If it was balanced out more in a bipartisan fashion there could be room for some of these things

I'm having a hard time understanding why Biden and company are so surprised by Manchin's stance on the BBB bill. What did they think (actually their lack of thought) was going to happen when Biden campaigned as a moderate and now less than a year into his presidency they have socialist kook Bernie Sanders writing policy that's supposed to be beneficial to Americans?

Maybe the losers will be gracious enough to supply the champagne if we beat their ass and claim a playoff berth during Week 18 at MetLife

Thanks for clarifying. I'm not under the assumption that a smackdown is good or bad - depends on the situation and what you learn from it. Also, for what it's worth I didn't view @Jumbowords as a smackdown. My apologies for not being more concise with my words. I believe I was reprimanded for not sticking to topic in this particular thread so I will only say thanks for the post and maybe we will meet again in the future

Complicated topic to debate over. As with a lot things there is good and evil and often times we look for what supports our point of view/agenda instead of starting with the big picture in mind. In defense of my response to your quoted post, I saw an extreme statement by you wishing the same for Manchin as all POS Trump supporters and offered an alternative view. I didn't and still don't support Trump's antics or conduct but to answer your question, yes in the end I would trade good national policies coming from an ahole compared to incompetent policies coming from a sweet talking politician. If our country survives this century hopefully someday we will have both

Heinicke Hive: The LEGEND of Taylor Heinicke Thread
DEASkins replied to LetThePointsSoar's topic in The Stadium
Yes, I was initially lazy, read your post I quoted and played devil's advocate (based on my experience) without knowing the full context. My apologies there, but I do think professoonal athletes stand out in most instances -
Heinicke Hive: The LEGEND of Taylor Heinicke Thread
DEASkins replied to LetThePointsSoar's topic in The Stadium
No I didn't say anything about your scenario, my point was that I thought I was in phenomenal shape and compared to those around me I was but put me in a room with professional athletes and I would look average. I think it's fair to say Heinicke is the physical peak for most every day athletes. Once those guys take off their uniform they're a lot bigger than you think they are -
Heinicke Hive: The LEGEND of Taylor Heinicke Thread

I disagree with this. When I was 22 years old weighed 200 lbs, 6' tall with 7% body fat, 46R suit size with 18.5" biceps able to squat, bench and fight better than most men I was around, but size me up to a professional athlete and I would be average at best.
