This team put the load on Dwayne Haskins shoulders and he failed miserably. Haskins is at fault for this loss! Ron Rivera gets honorable mention for the suck fest as well. The defender blatantly grabs and tugs his arm down, then Cam Sims still breaks free and has the ball in his hands, and drops it.
