88Comrade2000
RIP Mr. Lewis. I think just last week, they were denying he had died. Guess, his condition worsened since last week.

The Sisko
Damn. *SIGH* He was one of the greats. It’s hard to overstate how revered he is here in the ATL. I guess now McConnell and Co. are going to have to refresh their acting lessons to make sure they can somehow pass off their insincere condolences. Dan T.
It's hitting me especially hard that - in the days we are living in - we lost such a decent, moral, righteous man. We need decency and moral righteousness now.
Dan T.
What a cool story this is from the Washington Post... John Lewis, comics superhero and star of Comic-Con: He attends Comic-Con in San Diego to promote his graphic novel series on civil rights. He decides he's going to dress up or "cosplay" - he finds the same style trench coat and backpack he wore on the march across the Pettus Bridge. He even loads the backpack with the same books and items he had way back then. And he leads a spontaneous march through the convention hall as more and more people join in... Great telling of the event: https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/comic-riffs/wp/2015/07/13/the-real-origin-story-behind-how-rep-john-lewis-became-the-hit-of-comic-con/
