Floating deposits of protein in the eye. Transparent dots and squiggles in your vision.

Glad to know I'm not crazy, never looked them up, been seeing those here and there long as I can remember.

But eye floaters???  Feels like a half-ass silly name for something I thought might be eating my eyeballs alive as a little kid, but Mayo Clinic feels otherwise.

Yeah I have very noticeable floaters at times too.

Eye floaters are 10% disability through the VA.  They said mine are caused by repeated head trauma.

Edit:  @Renegade7 no need for a sad reaction.  The VA check is why I don't need a job right now.  2 thumbs up would be acceptable.

Wife and I are thinking of going on a cruise the end of December. Basically between Dec 26 and New Years. I've never been on one. Any recommendations? Need all inclusive obviously. Casino would be great too. High quality shows, etc.

Recommendation:  lower your expectations.

We've spent 24 cumulative days on cruise ships, and these disappointing photos show what cruising is really like now

  • Insider reporters have sailed on Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Disney, and Cunard cruises.
  • Together, they've spent nearly 25 days at sea since the world returned to cruising in 2021.
  • While the cruises offered new adventures, large crowds and long lines were disappointing for some.

As I have recently self-diagnosed myself with early onset dementia (I’ve been saying things like “sneaker full of closets”, “coff of cuppee”, and “self-diagnosed myself”) I just want everyone to acknowledge that anything I’ve ever said that was weird, stupid, or offensive was not my fault.

Final walk through on the new house today!  Less than 24 hours and we will have a new home!  Pics coming soon.

I decided I'm too lazy to take pics so here is a link to the place.  If anyone wants to stop by unannounced, just remember how pro-gun I am.

Haven't spent over $100 on tennis shoes since I played back in HS, but I'm all in on pickleball and am splurging $150 on a sick pair of Asics.
