Kraft hires Bellichick himself. Go watch the “2 Bills” documentary for the story. The Rooney’s hired Tomlin. It’s where the Rooney Rule came from. They have 8 SB victories and a few more appearances between them. I could keep on going. Its a complete myth that the only right way to build an organization is to have the GM hire the coach.
