The Evil Genius
A Biden/Harris (or Beto) ticket would give a lot of options. Plus it has an old school/new school feel and appeal.
PleaseBlitz
I'd love to see Harris/Beto.

Id vote for Biden just to get trump out of there but damn they have to be able to find someone younger (not just in age but in terms of years in the political realm, don’t need a rookie just someone with less years as a politician than I have alive)
TheGreatBuzz
At this point (I know it is WAY early), Biden is the only one I see getting my vote.

Fergasun
When I look at Pence, I think there is something defective about politics. Sure he's decent in that he didn't cheat on his wife and pay the woman to shuttup... multiple times. Is conservative funding so strong in places like Indiana that a GOP member must come out with crazy policy positions? The policy position these folks like Pence are forced to take are thoughtless and brainless -- and it seems more driven by, "You need this to get PAC funding." I am against abortion -- but I don't think society needs an absolute ban on abortion -- to win the "fight on abortion" means its done through suspicous judicial process? That there is a pro-Christian policy push? To win the fight on abortion change society one, one dozen, one thousand and one million minds to believe that abortion is wrong and there are other options. And change policies that encourage other options. Shouldn't all this PAC funding go to pro-pregnant woman, housing, healthcare and safety? I dream of a time when abortion is legal and there are no abortions in America simply because anti-abortion is not solely a "politocal strategy". LadySkinsFan
Pence was up for re-election in Indiana in 2016, and was woefully behind and would lose. He's a failed politician except for running with Trump. He's an extreme branch of Christianity the Dominionists. No one likes abortion, especially the women who have one. Women are entitled to bodily autonomy and any decision they make should remain their own. Dominionists are against women's bodily autonomy, in fact they don't respect any women's rights and treat them as second class citizens. There are some who believe women shouldn't vote. This vile sect needs to be smothered and reviled.

It sounds like something you'd hear from Karen Pence. She's making it sound like it's an actual thing you hear from people and not only from a bunch of loons. PleaseBlitz
Republicans, especially Trump, are and will continue to scream socialism, socialism, socialism about everything and nothing at all. Dems will talk about "fairness" and how ****ed up the #TaxScam is. One side will win that messaging war, but it isn't clear who yet.
The Evil Genius
Suggested read even if you believe the EC is still a valid, functional, & appropriate way to elect the POTUS. Quote Americans worried about disadvantaging small states and rural areas in presidential elections should consider how our current system gives presidential candidates few reasons to campaign in states where the outcome is a foregone conclusion. For example, more people live in rural counties in California, New York and Illinois that are solidly red than live in Wyoming, Montana, Alaska and the Dakotas, which haven’t voted for a Democratic presidential candidate in decades. In a national contest for votes, Republicans have every reason to mobilize and build turnout in these areas. But in a fight for states, these rural minorities are irrelevant. The same is true of blue cities in red states, where Democratic votes are essentially wasted.
Springfield
1- It’s not even really socialism, I wish they’d stop labeling themselves as such. 2- Im uneasy that Bernie seems to be the biggest name there is right now. 3- Biden is the only one who can win this election imo. Possibly Beto, but he’s a little young and that might turn people off.
