So I'm out at the grocery store and being in Delawhere? I see a lot more Schmeagle green than the B&G, so I tend to call out to someone I see wearing it. The guy has a Skins hat and shirt on, I say Hail and make a comment about KC, and he tells me in a dour voice that he ain't watchin' **** if players are kneelin', etc, etc.............. I ask him why the **** he's wearing the colors then?

Screw him, I'm not letting Trump or anyone else take away football, and screw him if he can't just admit the simple facts of what this issue is about.

Ok fine, it's me, but I just cannot seem to wrap my head around why it is so damned hard for people to just acknowledge that we have a problem w/ racism in this country. It doesn't even seem to be admitting to the racism but there is some issue with seeing it as a problem.

This irks the livin' **** outta me, willful overt intentional ignorance clung to as if it is a virtue. Headsup dumbasses, it isn't

Its either those who Have no problem with the racism, or those who acknowledge there is racism in this country, yet deny every single instance brought up is every racism. I’ve gone to simply asking them to give me an example of racism in America, and they either sidestep the question or actually give me an example of racism against white people.

People like that are too dumb, and too brainwashed to ever understand the other side of this issue. They get their talking point from conservative media and they eat up all the fake news from Russian bots, especially ones parroted by their President.

Don't want the guy dead, but hopefully some super billionaire will make an offer he can't refuse. The dude that owns Amazon would be great.

And the Ravens were praying! There's got to be some confused conservatives right now.

.

Not really. They jumped that shark long ago when they decided to back Donald Trump and call him God's choice. Once you decide that Donald J. Trump is your churchgoing, true-believing, God-on-Earth representative... every other moral compromise becomes easy. I mean seriously... are there any commandments that Trump hasn't broken? (Maybe the one about killing, but who knows who's buried under the foundation of those Trump Casinos)

As I've stated before, I stand for the pledge, students in class each day used to stand for the pledge, but now, I'd say roughly 90% do not.

It annoys me, but in the context of the NFL players, its their right.

What I do wonder is how many of butthurt people actually stand at home while the anthem is playing?

So these guys are "protesting" oppression while making millions of dollars? How many continue their "protest" while using some of their vast wealth when not on the field?  It's nothing more than political grandstanding IMO.

Thank you for providing your opinion, and asking questions you could’ve found easy answers on if you really wanted to know.

Apparently, you can’t speak out about oppression unless you’re personally being oppressed....maybe that’s why so many like you and your ilk don’t seem to understand what racism and police brutality are. Meanwhile, you don’t know if any of them have been oppressed by police, nor while their money matter at a traffic stop with a trigger happy cop.

I did some research on why these players are "protesting". Where I am in my life is directly connected to decisions that I have made as an adult and not what may have happened to me as a child or what happened to my ancestors. I'm 1/4 Native American BTW. I can use many things as an excuse or I can focus on moving forward in a positive way to help change things  I may not agree with..

Most of the cops that I know are good people that have to deal with the drug and alcohol dregs of society everyday. You don't know me or  my "Ilk".

Oh noes poor you!

But seriously not everyone has had your experience. If you cant understand that than you didnt come here to communicate you just came here to talk and we get more than enough of that these days.

Also if he cant judge you or your "Ilk" where do you get off judging the players? You think because you can google them you know them? Thats an interesting brand of hypocrisy bro.

If Bezos boyght the team, he would purchase it and move it to Delaware to save on the taxes..  Then we'd be even more screwed than we are now. LOL.

How many of those good cops are nice to you, and ****ty to someone of a darker complexion? Save your "they are good people" for someone who hasn't seen the statistics that show LEOs commit more crimes than your average citizen, but unlike us, they are more likely to get away with it. Tell the 900k Blacks and Hispanics who were falsely arrested due to quotas in NY about how the arresting officers who abused their rights are good people.

Yeah, I've been through this song and dance before. I know your ilk very well.

Could you please provide your last three years of tax returns and your last 3 pay stubs?

I can't even begin to try to listen to you unless i know if you make more than what i consider applicable to the given discussion.

Given your response, i figured that would be obvious, but it seems you're one who believes you are privileged enough to give your opinion without being properly vetted through the Income to Opinion ratio mailed out by the RNC last month.
Please remember this for future comments.
