Mom buys all of PacSun's 'pornographic' t-shirts

Haven't you heard? The constitution clearly establishes the rights to censorship. And to discrimination. By the government.

IF someone (falsely) claims that their religion tells them to do it.

(And if their religion is Christianity.)

the first line certainly seems true

All she did was show the statisticians an increase in demand for the product.

Yep, some replenishment specialist at PacSun is currently sighing with a slow head shake, entering a one-month temporary exception for retail affiliate #114 in some place called Orem.

This idiot should  be stuck with the bill.  And if she refuses to pay, taken to court by the store and taken through the ringer.

I know they have a 60 day return policy, surely the store can change the policy now and if she ****es about it, tell her to take it to court.  Forcing her to have to pay attorney fees and take time just to return the products.

Then fully stock them again with a no refund policy just to piss her off.  Thats what I would do.

Lot of hypocrisy on her part saying she's okay with the Victoria's Secret stores and giant pictures which certainly won't affect children's sensitivities and these t-shirts.  As others have said, clearing out all the inventory means doubling the purchase orders.  It's a hot stock item.  More, you just gave this store and this product a lot of publicity.  The liklihood that she has helped the store promote and sell more of these products is very large.

As for refunds, I agree... store credit or refusal, but I guess that's about store policy.

However, I still think 20 bucks a pop for a t-shirt with an iron on is too much.  I realize that's pretty standard these days and even on the cheap side, but such a scam.  200 dollar sneakers and fifty dollar t-shirts are a sign of something.

She's probably REALLY boosted the product's standing, among teen males. :)

I mean, this is almost like "still illegal in Alabama" levels of cool. :)

I think what PacSun ought to do is buy a huge inventory of coveralls at one of their beachside locations and then offer her and her son a free vacation to said spot.  The poor Mom will buy up the store to protect her child from all the indecency roaming the beach.  Scantily clad girls and women everywhere!  She'll have to take out a second mortgage to try to fix this horrible situation.

Don't know if we have any Parks and Recreation fans here, but I realized the picture of Judy Cox is just too perfect. Below is Marcia Langman, Pawnee's mockery of Michelle Bachmann. She's the head of the "Society for Family Stability Foundation." Life imitating art, and all...
