Rufus T Firefly
Here's the blog about Darrell Bevell. I'm sold. http://httr24-7.com/blog/irrefutable-proof-our-next-hc-should-be/ If we're going with that kind of science, then... http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/magazine/archives/news/story?page=magazine-20100111-article20
Warhead36
I mentioned Bevell in my post a few weeks ago. He'd be the perfect fit. And don't say "Jim Zorn 2.0" because Zorn was 55 years old and never got past QB Coach.

justice98
I'm cool with Bevel, but if you're gonna bring in a guy like that, you definitely need a GM. Cuz you're not giving him those powers. At least you shouldn't.
Redskins and Lions
I like Jack Del Rio. He did pretty well in Jax of all places. Good defensive mind and gets it out of his players. An alternative could be Ken Whisenhut. He did pretty well in Arizona. Only thing he was missing was a QB which we have here

Riggo#44
Greg Williams isn't coming back here nor should he. Seriously...enough already with the past! This is why we continue to suck! We keep looking to the past!

Skinzfever2010
TONY DUNGY This team needs a great head coach and a leader of men. Tony is great at preparing his players and building solid teams.

Dungy is about the only retread I'd accept. One thing I know is that we won't have anymore drama.
Alaskins
Given the money involved, the system which is tailored to RG3, and the current roster, the best coach available is.... Mike Shanahan.

VaK9Trainer
You guys kill me with this silly **** Hire a component GM and let him build the team. There is no cloud here. They need an Oline, number 1 WR, MLB, and defensive secondary. You forgot Defensive line. That's horrible too!!

darrelgreenie
I would want Dungy to coach the team, but I respect the heck out of his opinion and would seek it about which GM and HCs to look at. I would also seek advice from Mike Mayock, Jimmy Johnson, Bill Parcels, Bill Cowher, Steve Mairucci and Brian Billick (but only if he no longer wants to actually be in the game himself). Thinking Skins
There are some good stats at: http://bloggingthebeast.com/2012/11/01/statistical-resumes-of-every-current-offensive-coordinator-in-the-nfl/ FIgured those would be helpful in trying to determine the worthiness of a candidate. Pete Carmichael would be a good choice, especially if we could get Mickey Loomis, their GM. I dont know about Gary Kubiac, he is a direct decendent of Shanahan. Bevell is a good choice, I just dont believe he can be pried away from the Seahawks, even for a HC gig. If a change is to be made I am placing my vote for Roman. darrelgreenie
Jay is soo nice I had to put him twice Would love to get Carmichael, love the Saints offense Kubiac might leave people with a bad taste because of the Shanahan connection but the offense works quite well when ran correctly and Kubiac knows how to call. Maybe you link him up with an innovative spread/zone QB coach? re: Bevell I think every OC wants to be a HC and I think he's ready.
