@Mr. Sinister only one of yall that's touched on the whole bubble of the moment that you gotta maintain at least until the panties are off, it pops you lose.  Better you lay the D after that, more you can get away with, but that doesn't mean you have to pop the bubble (assuming yall know that, but funny to see how that's gone)

 

And Kosh isn't wrong for not offering a drink, you look simple AF if she already has one, then what?

Nah, the PS4 vs XBOX One thread, made comment about anniversary of Goldeneye, nada.  My brother and I caught up about it, so I didn't laugh alone.  I want to join yall, but not until another Armored Core game comes out. 

 

The lack of motive for the Vegas shooting makes me seriously pessimistic towards ever understanding the why without entities like CDC being allowed to get involved, but that's not for RTT.  Trying to understand the why from the hope of finding a silver bullet before the what is killing time while killing us. Arguing about why and not doing **** about what is why this keeps happening.

Best silver bullet there is homie. Undefeated. Love. Love for rourself. Love for your fellow man. We'll probably be dead When they can finally find some Equilibrium like mood pill to switch that off.

 

For now, true, no one knows the answer. All I know is an open heart, a decent sized mirror, and people who love you (and meds, plenty of meds) will take even the darkest of hearts and minds a long way, even with everything imaginable geared toward driving us apart and making enemies out of each other.

 

Much as I routinely want several people hit by meteors every day, those three things are what reboot me daily, and keep me going. And thats something all of us can do. As much as others need to intervene, it has to start with us.

 

 

I saw the post about Goldeneye. Can't believe it's been that long. Metal Gear Solid and Silent Hill's 20 year year Anny is coming in a couple months I believe. GT as well. Tony Hawk's Pro Skater I believe next Spring. Good times.

 

I do Jones for an Armored Core though. Been banging that drum for awhile. Cats dont wanna bang like that anymore, I dont think. I do know it would be incredible. But I believe we would get Shanghai'd into multiplayer like with the new Battlefront games (tried checking in on DBFighterZ last night since my nephew is here this week and even that doesn't allow 2 player). We had it good. I feel bad for youngins these days, strongarmed into nasty online play, DLC (when we could pay for those big ass cheat books, or GameShark) less sharing of the overall slice of pie. Ok this post is long enough.

This could get long, so I'ma make this quick: obsession with violence is another common thread I notice, more then mental health.

MGS, I remember getting through both disks, back when Id played games by myself to point I was woozy, dehydrated, and lack of sleep (body - "dying light on dashboard blinks on", me - "it can wait")

You right, the emphasis on actually killing people and people going off because they aren't punching distance has turned me off from this has generation of gaming.  I used to make historical football teams play each other in the offseason, this doesn't feel like it's about entertainment anymore. My Trump friend has a PS4 and I get him games since first PS I didn't get, hockey and mortal kombat x.  To us, there's only so many ways to run around shooting as many people as possible, that's not a game to me, especially now.

Or how it coincides with the rise in tentacle porn?  No, I havent, what I've noticed is we've reached the point where we can create and Google pretty much every horrible thing that's ever come into our minds and we're jus getting started, sibling porn being no exception.  We're heading towards what won't we do territory.

Developers of Armored Core are making a spiritual successor on the Switch: Demon X Machina.

I've heard the team behind AC had been through a lot of crap, but a knockoff and not on PS?  I almost wish you hadn't of told me that know, sounds like I'll never get my wish now. Whoa is me...?

@PokerPacker  I guess.  It looks like a cartoon now, back in the days when AC2 was out on PS2 and on Mars, my imagination on that being plausible set me on fire (especially with the concept of the weapons manufactures deciding not to sell weapons to the government anymore and just keep them for their own means, displacing them, and having to fight to take that back as part of the series storyline).  I had demo disk for with the original game for first playstation that I couldn't stop playing because I believed we could actually pull that off, even my sister was into it because of how customisable it was, a f'n demo disk.  That's... that's not even trying to seem real or plausible, basically wasting the graphics engine.  I mean, I hope some kids enjoy it, but really, I want a reason to get a PS4, not a Switch.
