He did nothing anywhere, Ron had outlier seasons that seemed entirely a product of franchise QB career years from Newton plus a solid D, Idiot Cerrato? the shanny's had talent, and did great before and after, but not so great here...I don't recall many geniuses if any other than a few assistants that ran screaming away from Snyder the second they could.
