I've learned there is absolutely no regularity or cintinuity with NFL ref calls. They gotta get that together. Totally game to game it feels like.

He led with his helmet but was not head hunting.
 

They didn’t show it in real time in the replays. He was low until the WR starting lowering his body.
 

No idea how you play defense any more on those close calls other than aim as low as humanly possible at their ankles and hope they don’t level change in that .2 seconds

I thought it was stupid, but didn't think it was blatant
